This page is entirely readable in Netscape, but it might not be if you're color blind. Netscape won't display the CSS box background colors as boxes, instead just painting background color on the text as if it were highlighted.

To make matters worse, or better, if the color is white it equates that with transparent. Believe me, the results are better that way than they'd be with the white painted on (I tried it).
